  3月18日-29日,为了深入了解拉美市场情况,加强与拉美地区合作伙伴的联系,强化对合作伙伴商业计划的指导,广汽集团601238)副总经理郁俊率队前往墨西哥、哥斯达黎加、巴西三国调研当地汽车市场并开展海外业务洽谈。广汽国际副总经理吕国杰等相关人员一同参加。

  首站:墨西哥

  3月18日-20日,郁俊一行先后赴墨西哥墨西哥城、普埃布拉和坎昆,调研墨西哥子公司运营情况,对墨西哥现地中外员工进行慰问,走访了意向合作伙伴Supercool电动车专营展厅,探讨未来在电动汽车领域的合作机会,并与GAC当地经销商开展座谈交流,就墨西哥汽车市场现状、政策法规、GAC展厅建设情况、GAC品牌当地销售等发展课题进行探讨。此外,郁俊一行还调研了墨西哥主要汽车商圈,深入一线了解竞品品牌在当地的渠道开拓、展厅布置、热销车型等情况。

  第二站:哥斯达黎加

  3月22日-24日,郁俊一行与哥斯达黎加当地经销商开展座谈交流,听取了经销商关于市场分析、团队建设、业务计划、上市活动等内容汇报;走访了圣何塞两家在建GAC展厅,对店面建设、开业上市活动筹备等提供指导,展厅预计分别于四月份与五月份建成;还调研了圣何塞主要汽车商圈,了解竞品品牌主销车型、市场活动、促销策略等情况。

  第三站:巴西

  3月24日-27日,郁俊一行赴巴西里约热内卢和圣保罗,调研了当地主要汽车商圈,了解当地传统品牌以及中国品牌经销店现状。行程中,郁俊一行与当地意向合作伙伴Comexport开展业务沟通会,调研COSCO公司并就未来海运物流合作模式进行洽谈。他们前往拜访了桑坦德银行,探讨未来GAC进入巴西市场的金融策略,还走访了滴滴出行巴西总部,围绕出行业务合作机会进行充分交流。

   Slide to Chinese Version To gain deeper insights into the Latin American market,strengthen the connection with partners in the region,and enhance guidance on business plans of partners,Yu Jun,Vice President of GAC Group,led the GAC Group delegation to Mexico,Costa Rica,and Brazil from March18th to29th to conduct on-site research on the local automotive market and overseas business negotiations.Lv Guojie,Deputy General Manager of GAC International,and other relevant personnel also accompanied the delegation.

   First Stop:Mexico From March18th to20th,Yu Jun led the delegation to visit Mexico City,Puebla,and Cancun,to conduct research on the operation of GAC Mexico,extend heartfelt regards to local and international employees,and visit an EV showroom of its potential partner Supercool to discuss the collaborations in the EV market in the future.Yu Jun and the delegation also engaged in fruitful discussions with GAC's local distributors,discussed topics ranging from the status of the Mexican automotive market to policies and regulations,GAC showroom construction,and local brand sales strategies.Additionally,the delegation also ventured into Mexico's automotive heartlands,immersing in competitor brands'distribution channel development,showroom designs,and hot-selling models that captivate local customers.

   Visit GAC Showroom in Cancun Second Stop:Costa Rica From March22th to24th,Yu Jun led the delegation to engage in discussions with local distributors in Costa Rica,listened to their reports on market analysis,team development,business plans,and launch events.Additionally,Yu Jun and the delegation visited two GAC showrooms under construction in San Jose,offered guidance on the construction progress and the preparations for grand openings,it is expected that the two showrooms will put into operations in April and May respectively.Moreover,they also ventured into San Jose's automotive heartlands to understand competitor brands'hot-selling models,market activities,and promotion strategies.

   Visit the Second GAC Showroom in San Jose Third Stop:Brazil From March24th to27th,Yu Jun led the delegation to Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo,Brazil.They ventured into local automotive heartlands,gathering insights into the local traditional brands and the status of Chinese brand distribution stores.During the visit,Yu Jun and the delegation conducted business communication sessions with potential local partner Comexport and engaged in discussions about collaborations on shipping logistics with COSCO in the future.Moreover,Yu Jun and the delegation also visited Santander Bank to explore financial strategies for GAC's entry into the Brazilian market.Additionally,they moved to the headquarters of Didi Chuxing in Brazil,engaging in extensive discussions about potential collaboration opportunities in the transportation industry.
