送别2025年，我们站在新的起点回望过往，这一年注定在纳尔发展史上留下浓墨重彩的一笔。面对复杂多变的市场环境，我们不仅交出了亮眼的“成绩单”，更在战略转型的道路上迈出了坚实步伐。在此，我谨代表公司管理层，向一年来辛勤付出的1600多名纳尔同仁，致以最崇高的敬意和最诚挚的新年祝福！
Looking back FROm a new starting point,2025is destined to leave a vivid chapter in NAR"s history.Facing the complex market,we delivered strong results and made solid strides in strategic transformation.On behalf of the management,I extend our highest respect and warmest New Year wishes to all1,600+dedicated NAR colleagues.

2025年，是我们“聚力奋斗”的一年。
2025was a year of“united dedication”.
业绩稳中有升：截至三季度末，公司实现营收14.68亿元，归母净利润1.44亿元，同比增长33.95%，预计全年业绩将稳步增长。这份成绩，属于每一位拼搏奋进的纳尔人。
Steady Growth:Revenue reached RMB1.468B by Q3,net profit rose33.95%to RMB144M.Full-year performance is expected to grow steadily—thanks to every striving NAR member.
主业多点突破：数码喷印材料业务稳扎稳打，汽车功能膜板块业绩喜人，光学膜业务提质增效成效显著；四季度公司控股鑫亿帆公司，这标志着纳尔在现有多元业务基础上，通过跨界延伸磁性材料（884057）应用领域，正式迈向相关多元化科技集团。
Multi Sector Breakthroughs:Digital printing materials progressed steadily;automotive films performed strongly;optical films improved in quality and efficiency.The Q4controlling stake in Xinyifan marks our expansion into magnetic materials,advancing NAR toward a Diversified（DHC） tech group.
内功修炼初成：恰逢公司成立23周年，我们打破经验主义束缚，摒弃形式主义与懒散作风，凝聚了思想共识，为后续变革扫清了障碍。
Internal Strengthening:On our23rd anniversary,we broke FROm empiricism,rejected formalism and laxity,built consensus,and cleared the way for change.
科技赋能见效：公司加大科研与数字化投入力度，新品贡献率稳步提升，管理效率与品控能力实现提升，让我们切实看到了科技赋能发展的巨大潜力。

在庆祝成绩的同时，我们更要清醒地认识到自身存在的差距。对标行业顶尖企业，我们在创新能力、质量体系建设和运营管理水平上仍有短板，更是掣肘企业发展的”绊脚石“。随着公司体量不断扩大，“部门墙”隔阂、流程繁琐等问题逐渐显现，极大影响了运营效率。
While celebrating,we must be fully aware of our gaps.Benchmark（BHE）ed against leaders,we still lag in innovation,quality systems,and operations—these are growth“stumbling blocks”.As we grow,“departmental walls”and cumbersome processes have emerged,significantly hindering efficiency.

2026is a pivotal year for NAR’s transformation.We will steadfastly uphold our mission—“Empowered with technology innovation,create better life”—and advance toward our vision:to be a global leader in high-tech films solutions and a nimble century Enterprise（EFSC）.
1.文化重塑：构建“命运共同体”
面对1600人的团队规模，单纯依靠“管、压、训、罚”简单粗暴的管理模式已难以为继。我们将推行自主管理机制，优化组织架构，设立五大事业部、七个职能部门，实现“责权利”统一充分授权，同时让听得见炮火的一线人员拥有决策话语权。同时，始终坚守“以客户为中心”的核心理念，让合作伙伴获得更大收益。进一步优化股权激励等机制，由”为公司做“到”为自己奋斗“转变，让价值创造者赢得丰厚回报。
1.Cultural Renewal:Building a“Community of Shared Destiny”
For a team（TEAM） of1,600,the crude“control,pressure,train,punish”model is unsustainable.We will empower team（TEAM）s,optimize into5business units and7functions,fully delegate authority,and give Frontline（FRO） staff decision making voice.We will stay customer centric,helping partners gain greater benefits.We will refine equity incentives,shifting FROm“working for the company”to“striving for oneself,”richly rewarding value creators.
2.聚焦主航道：以技术定义行业标杆
在精密涂布领域，我们追求的不仅是规模上的“大”，更是实力上的“强”。我们将聚焦新材料研发核心，全力成为技术、质量、口碑全方位的行业标杆，牢牢确立行业领导地位。
2.Focus on the Core:Defining Benchmark（BHE）s with Technology In Precision（DTIL） coating,we seek not just scale,but strength.We will focus on new material R&D,striving to be a full spectrum Benchmark（BHE） in tech,quality,and reputation,securing industry leadership.
3.组织变革：打造敏捷高效、去繁就简的运营体系
砍掉繁琐审批流程，做对而正确的事。打破部门壁垒快速解决问题，全面提升市场响应速度。同时，加强标准化建设，坚持用制度管人、用流程管事，构建科学规范的现代化管理体系。
3.Organizational Reform:Building an Agile,Efficient,Simplified System Cut redundant approvals;do what’s right.Break departmental walls to solve problems fast,boosting market responsiveness.Strengthen standardization,manage with systems and processes,build a modern management framework.
4.数字化深耕：以数据驱动科学决策
持续完善数据系统，深化数字化在各业务环节的应用，让数据为研发、生产和经营决策提供坚实依据，真正让数字产生价值。加大智能化设备改造投入，提升柔性制造能力，打赢数字化战役。
