近日，中鼎旗下望锦总成板块位于斯洛伐克塞雷德工厂首条转向拉杆全自动装配产线正式投产。此前，中鼎在斯洛伐克已布局底盘结构件、水壶、快速接头等产品，此次产线落地，进一步丰富了当地的产品矩阵。
Recently,the First（FFBC） fully automatic assembly line for steering tie rods at Zhongding"s Wangjing Assembly Division plant in Sere,Slovakia,has officially gone into production.Previously,Zhongding had already deployed products including chassis structural parts,surge tanks,and quick connectors in Slovakia,and the launch of this production line further enriches the local product matrix.
投产仪式上，中鼎NVH模块望锦总成板块海外总成管理中心CEO李军、陈兴华，副总经理王晶、销售总监Thorsten Behrens以及WEGU斯洛伐克工厂负责人Eva Falisova、张平等共同见证这一重要时刻。
At the launch ceremony,Li Jun and Chen Xinghua,CEOs of the Overseas Assembly Management Center of Wangjing Assembly Division under Zhongding NVH Module,Wang Jing,Deputy General Manager,Thorsten Behrens,Sales Director,as well as Eva Falisova and Zhang Ping,heads of WEGU Slovakia Plant,jointly witnessed this important moment.
该产线是中鼎自主研发、欧洲落地的首条转向拉杆全自动装配产线，未来将成为望锦总成板块与欧洲OEM客户合作对接的重要载体。
Developed independently by Zhongding,this production line is the First（FFBC） fully automatic assembly line for steering linkages launched in Europe.It will serve as a vital platform for Wangjing Assembly Division to cooperate and engage with European OEM customers in the future.
2023年底
成功获得沃尔沃VOLVO GPA项目定点；
End of2023:Secured the VOLVO GPA program nomination.
2025年5月
斯洛伐克工厂完成产线装配，硬件设施到位；
May2025:Completed production line assembly and hardware installation at the Slovakia plant.
2025年6月
样件发往沃尔沃哥德堡工厂，获得初步认可；
June2025:Sample parts delivered to VOLVO"s Gothenburg plant and received preliminary approval.
2026年4月
产线通过PPAP审核，正式获得量产许可，具备投产条件。
April2026:The production line passed PPAP audits and was officially granted mass production qualification,ready for mass production.
此次产线落地，有效推动了拉杆、球头总成等产品的欧洲本土化布局，进一步完善了中鼎在欧洲的制造与交付体系。目前，望锦总成板块已形成覆盖中国、欧洲、美洲的全球化就近配套服务体系。
The launch of this production line has effectively advanced the European local layout of products such as tie rods and ball joint assemblies,further optimizing Zhongding"s manufacturing and delivery system in Europe.At present,Wangjing Assembly Division has built a global localized supporting Service（SCI） system covering China,Europe and the Americas.
