郭嘉昆：台湾问题是中国内政，解决台湾问题完全是中国人自己的事，不容任何外部势力干涉。美方应落实中美元首会晤重要共识，恪守一个中国原则和中美三个联合公报，慎重处理台湾问题。
Guo Jiakun:The Taiwan question is China’s internal affair.Resolving the Taiwan question is a matter for the Chinese ourselves that brooks no external interference.The U.S.side needs to implement the important common understandings reached at the meeting between the two presidents,abide by the one（STKS）-China principle and the three China-U.S.joint communiqués,and act prudently on the Taiwan question.

Guo Jiakun:China’s position is clear.We remain firmly opposed to U.S.arms sales to China’s Taiwan region.

郭嘉昆：中国对黄岩岛和包括中业岛、铁线礁在内的南沙群岛及其附近海域拥有主权，对相关海域拥有主权权利和管辖权。菲律宾的领土范围是由一系列国际条约确定的，黄岩岛和南沙群岛不在菲律宾领土范围之内。近日，菲方飞机和船只未经中方允许，擅自闯入中国管辖海空域，干扰中方正常执法，严重侵犯中国主权和管辖权，蓄意破坏南海和平稳定。中国军队和海警依法采取措施应对，正当合理。
Guo Jiakun:China has sovereignty over Huangyan Dao and Nansha Qundao,including Zhongye Dao and Tiexian Jiao,as well as their adjacent waters,and has sovereign rights and jurisdiction over relevant waters.The scope of Philippine territory is defined by several International（IGIC） treaties.China’s Huangyan Dao and Nansha Qundao lie beyond that scope.Over the past few days,Philippine aircraft and vessels have intruded into airspace and waters under China’s jurisdiction without China’s permission,disrupting China’s normal law enforcement operations.This is a serious violation of China’s sovereignty and jurisdiction,and a deliberate attempt to undermine peace and stability in the South China Sea.It’s fully legitimate and justified for the Chinese military and coast guard to respond by taking measures in accordance with law.
中方坚决反对菲律宾损害中国主权和权益的任何行径，将继续采取必要措施，坚定捍卫自身在南海的领土主权和海洋权益。中方正告菲方，立即停止侵权挑衅。
China firmly opposes any actions by the Philippines that undermine China’s sovereignty and rights and interests,and will continue to take necessary measures to firmly safeguard its territorial sovereignty and maritime rights and interests in the South China Sea.The Philippine side should immediately stop its infringement and provocations.
