On Oct.29,Saint-Gobain and Keshun held a signing ceremony at the2026China International（IGIC） Roofing&Waterproofing Expo to announce their strategic brand partnership and a China Distribution（DSGR） agreement for GCP.

Built around the shared principles of creating value through technology,helping customers succeed through Service（SCI） and safeguarding buildings through quality,the event brought together Hu Xibao,president of the China National Building Waterproof Association;Jin Tairong,managing director of Saint-Gobain Construction（ROAD） Chemicals China;Chen Weizhong,chairman of Keshun Waterproof Technologies Co.,Ltd.;and guests from across the industry.Together,they marked an important Milestone（MIST） in the collaborative advancement of the building waterproofing sector.

He noted that GCP,Saint-Gobain’s premium waterproofing brand,has built substantial technical expertise in demanding,high-standard Construction（ROAD） applications.The agreement represents a major strategic expansion of the partnership.By combining Keshun’s nationwide sales and Service（SCI） network with GCP’s global technology resources,the two companies will develop premium,system-based solutions for China’s new infrastructure and urban development initiatives,creating new growth opportunities for their partners.Keshun has long embraced the principle of creating and sharing value with long-term partners,Chen said.He expressed hope that the two companies would share technology,expand markets and shape the future together.

He said the two companies established a cooperation platform in2021and have since developed mature technical capabilities and Distribution（DSGR） channels.Building on that foundation,Saint-Gobain has formally authorized Saint-Gobain Keshun to distribute GCP waterproofing products in China.By bringing together the strengths and resources of all parties,Saint-Gobain Keshun will pursue a dual-market Strategy（MSTR） spanning mainstream residential waterproofing and premium waterproofing solutions for major Construction（ROAD） projects.Together,they will serve China’s infrastructure and Construction（ROAD） markets while taking the Saint-Gobain-Keshun partnership into a new phase.

The signing ceremony followed.In the presence of the assembled guests,representatives of the two companies signed the strategic cooperation agreement,shook hands and posed for photographs,formally putting the partnership into effect.

Later that afternoon,a conference for Saint-Gobain Keshun and GCP Distribution（DSGR） partners in China was held at Keshun’s Beijing branch.Channel partners from across the country held in-depth discussions on the Distribution（DSGR） business,product portfolio and partner support policies.The meeting further strengthened the foundation for market expansion and accelerated the commercial rollout of the partnership.
